Stc4d Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms governing all users' use of the stc4d platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the stc4d platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and stc4d as the platform operator. Continued use following any amendments to the terms will be regarded as acceptance of the latest updated version.
The stc4d platform is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age and above and reside in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online entertainment activities. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable to them.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of stc4d services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts or fake accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice.
During registration, you may be required to provide identity verification documents such as a national ID for account verification (KYC) purposes. This process is mandatory before certain withdrawal limits can be applied.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. stc4d will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the stc4d support team immediately via the email address listed in the platform's help section.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, or game manipulation
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Disrupting or damaging the technical infrastructure of the stc4d platform
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the stc4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and not that of a third party.
Successful deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation by the payment processor. stc4d is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors such as TNG eWallet or FPX.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to successful account verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary based on current platform policy and the user's account verification level. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 working hours, subject to the following conditions:
- Account fully verified with valid identity documents
- No suspicious activity or unresolved disputes on the account
- Daily and monthly withdrawal amounts must not exceed the limits set for your account tier
- The chosen withdrawal method matches the original deposit method (where applicable)
Stc4d reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal while an investigation is carried out if there are indications of fraud or a breach of these terms.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Suspension
Stc4d provides its services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from errors, technical disruptions, or unplanned downtime.
Stc4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from system disruptions during an active gaming session.
Stc4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Providing false or misleading registration information
- Use of multiple accounts or accounts not belonging to yourself
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
Users whose accounts are suspended for verified reasons are not entitled to recover any balance associated with activity that breached these terms.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the stc4d platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of stc4d and is protected under Malaysia's intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from stc4d.
Third-Party Links & Services
The stc4d platform may use third-party payment processors, game providers, or technical service providers in its operations. stc4d is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or content of those third parties. Users are advised to review the respective policies of any third-party services they interact with.
Changes to These Terms
Stc4d reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the stc4d platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
